Ages of entities not showing

Most of my timelines show the ages of people at the events in which they are involved, but the one I just began does not. I am sure there's some stupidly simply thing I haven't done, but I can't figure it out! Can someone please tell me what menu item I am missing or what I need to do to make them show? Thanks!

1. In _Timeline Settings_ the entity type you use for people ("Persons", "Players", "Characters", ... whatever you named them) must have the Option _Allow start/end events and age calculations_ checked. 2. In _Manage Entities_ the entities of the a.m. entity type (let’s say you called it "People") must have a _Birth / Creation_ event or date. Then age info will show up in all appropriate places (Inspector under _Roles_ tab, timeline extended events, when the display settings are configured to show the roles for "People" and also in the timeline itself when you select _Group by People_). Likewise you can enable age info for any other entity type and its entities you want to be informed of their age (e.g. Pets: Fluffy, Coco,... / Buildings: The Castle, Old Church, ..., you get it)
