Hi again. Sorry, I'm being dim: how do I add the .json template file to the programme? Can't find an import or export function for this. Thanks in advance. Regards, David
Hi David, You shouldn't need to do anything with a .json file. The file I sent you should have been a .aeonzip file, which you can just open in Aeon Timeline. Then if you want to save the template for future use, open Timeline Settings (the cog icon) and click Save as Custom Template. Once you have saved it, then next time you go to create a new timeline, it will be an option for you to use under Custom Templates. Jess
Hi Jess Got it, thanks. Works perfectly. Best regards David
I'd love to have a copy of this! I'm writing a family history and this looks perfect! pnjwood@gmail.com Thanks!
Hello Jess, May I also have a copy of this? (hlpell@ppsi.net) Thanks, Howard.
Hi Howard, I have sent the template to you Jess
Hi Jess, Can you post the template somewhere that is publicly available? It will be much easier for everyone than to send you a personal email, no? Regards, D
Thank you Jess. Howard
Hi, We agree that it would be easier if people could access the template without having to email, we will look into providing information about it from the original poster and a link to the file in an upcoming blog post. Jess
May I also have a copy of the template? [ fenwayxfaithful @ gmail] Thanks!
Any news about the link for the template?
Hi, It should be available in the next couple of weeks. Jess
