Hello, I saw that the desription of the products containts "Look for holes or inconsistencies in your project plan, where an employee is assigned nowhere or asked to complete two tasks at once". I would like to know how I can check this information. Thank you in advance, Eugenia

Hi Eugenia, If you use the Project Management template (or you can create one yourself with a similar concept), then you can create entities representing each of your employees. You can then assign each of your events (representing tasks) that you have created to an employee. On the Desktop version you can then group your data by employees in the vertical space, so that each row of information shows all the tasks that someone is doing. This will show you gaps in time that an employee is not working on anything, or if they are allocated to more than one task at a given time. You can do something similar in the iOS version, but instead of grouping in the vertical space, it acts more like a filter to show events per employee. The relationship view is also useful for this, as it displays are grid system showing all events that employees participate in. You can quickly scan down the columns that represent each employee to see what tasks they are involved in. Let us know if you need more information on how to set this up. We also have an example Project Management timeline in the program which you might be interested in viewing and shows some of these concepts. Jess
