Anyone going the indie route and wanna share some knowledge. I’ve alway been a get it done my way type of person and I don’t like paying a lot of money to other people for my work. I know indie isn’t necessarily the easiest way to go. Just would like to know what to expect.

There are lots of sites that can help you self-publish. I think 48 Hour Books is one that has decent rates, though you may want to shop around. Prepare yourself to do your own marketing, though. With Amazon and other internet sellers, there's a market for all kinds of books, but the trick is getting the book in front of enough people to generate interest and therefore sales. I am part of a few book clubs that send Kindle copies to people to read in exchange for a review on Amazon (helps build visibility) so you might look at that.

Tiana Warner has a guide to self-publishing and she's been really successful with her self-published YA trilogy.
