To learn more about what adhd is and how I can help my daughter.

I have an 8 year old daughter with ADHD and OCD. We live near Cambridge too! Also keen to learn more about ADHD and how to help my daughter.

Hi, I just started the course today. Our son is 4, 5 next month and has according to SENCO, ADHD and autistic traits. We've done the Connors and await decision from the ASD team next week, as to whether it is ADHD ASD or both. Our son is lovely, not aggressive, but extremely hyper and inattentive. Hoping to find out where to get help and support and strategies for de-stressing, we are both knackered and I am finding the road safety issue a massive strain. Also no family support and lots of friends with non ADHD who don't really understand and I am starting to believe they just think we are poor parents.
