18th Century Calendar changes

12 May 1742 was WEDNESDAY, but Aeon shows "Sat" May 12. Can I eliminate the DAY OF THE WEEK from the display, or fix the calendar changes (Julian/Georgian). Perhaps there could be an option for leaving the "Day" (Mon, Tues, etc.) blank. Help!

Hi, Unfortunately there is no way to turn off the Day of the week in display at the moment. We agree that this will be useful, and will add it to our list of possible features to add in the future. We also plan in the future to look at giving more flexibility to leap years in custom calendars, which would enable people to create the Julian calendar. Jess

Did this ever get worked out? I'm writing a novel set in the 1690s and the days of the week are calculating incorrectly (very confusing...). Thanks!

Hi Jess. Is there a tab where I can select the Julian calendar for my whole novel? It doesn't seem that it would be that hard to add. Thanks.

Hi, Unfortunately Aeon Timeline is unable to support the Julian calendar the moment, however it is something that have been requested before, and is something we plan to do in the future. Jess
