When checking a motherboard with swollen caps, the readings are within normal, I will still replace the swollen caps. Some of the caps seemed to have the numbers varying from normal to 2 ohms. Might be big fingers and banana plugs, but most of the caps that look good, seem to have a rapid normalization of value. Do abnormal caps have a harder time stabilizing on a reading?

But all capacitors in esr board are all good in capacitances.
