What's the best way to achieve your goal? Make it concrete: -Come up with a number *Ex: I want to do five pull-ups. -Be specific *Ex: I want to fit into a size 8 pair of pants. vs. I want to lose weight. Hold yourself accountable: -Tell others about your goals *Let friends/family know about it Remind yourself why you want this goal: -The goal should be meaningful to you. *Ex: I want to live a healthy lifestyle because I'll feel good about myself and I'll be able to be present for others.
