Job network providers rely on ignorance and a lack of understanding......

Job network providers, rely on a lack of understanding and ignorance, to get away with claiming for employment outcomes, even when in the majority of cases, they have done little and or nothing at all to assist participants into employment. They deliberately avoid telling participants that they are not required to provide pay or employer details to them and they are also (largely) keeping "stumm" about the fact that at the moment, nobody has to complete a job plan or do any WFTD activities aka because of Covid-19. They live in a world of secrecy and lies, which includes fabricating stories about needing to claim pay slips on behalf of Centrelink or the ATO or because they are doing their own internal auditing. The one and only reason they need pay information is so they can claim money. That's it. Pure and simple. As a previous blogger wrote before me, you mean nothing to them. If you suddenly, spontaneously combusted in front of them, they would probably be speed dialing DESE (The Department for Employment and Small Enterprises) to arrange an immediate exit payment. Thi s entity is a the human equivalent of a host- nematode. (A plant that survives by hi-jacking another plant, and feeding off of it, until there is nothing left and then "host" takes the place of the original plant) If you are lucky enough to get into full time employment, "ghost" your JNP. Your only continuing relationship is with Centrelink and the ATO and once you have reported to Centrelink for 12 weeks full time, that relationship too will end. So all you are required to do is maintain your employment and keep a record of your pay slips each fortnight. Even if you lose or finish your employment somewhere down the track, you are not required to go back to the same JNP. You can choose another JNP. As a consumer you have the right to choose which JNP you want to register with. I am not saying that any of them are particularly great, but what i am saying, is you have the right to choose and that includes changing JNP's. I hope this information helps someone out.

I see the upside. I educate myself on what should be and let them know how to do their job. A rewarding hobby at times. :)

I was thinking about the issue, from a bit of wider perspective than just one participant........however i get your point.
