The role
Leading the employment services team based at our Murray Bridge site, you will provide leadership in end to end client servicing with a keen focus on driving, monitoring and managing team and individu al performance to ensure performance targets are reached. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the achievement of a client centered approach to helping our job seekers gain employment.
Through effective leadership and direction, you will:
Drive performance and team success by implementing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs);
Provide clear guidance on business priorities, results and formulate corrective action responsive to gaps in performance;
Manage employee performance and behavior with a focus on maintaining a high performance culture;
Identify and implement process improvement measures;
Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, clients and staff; and
Coach and mentor staff to be successful.
About you
You will be an outcome driven leader with good business acumen and a strong knowledge of employment services. Your polished relationship building skills enable you to connect with people at all levels and build strong partnerships with team members and key stakeholders. You thrive on sharing your knowledge and passion through mentoring and coaching team members.
