Shading of growth charts

I am an IBCLC (Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and would love it if you could change the range of the shading on the growth charts. Currently the range that is shaded darker is between 25th and 75th. If your child happens to be below that, which many are, then the parents are stressed out. Could it be shaded between 10th and 50th as well so that the impression isn't that you are "not normal" if you are on either side? Or all shaded the same - ie. unshaded so there is no subtle messaging to parents. Thanks for considering this! Betsy

Thank you for the suggestion! The shading is intended for aesthetic purposes rather than to indicate "normal", but I can see how it may be interpreted otherwise. I will take your suggestion into consideration. For what it's worth, there is an option to turn off the shading altogether. You can find it by tapping the gears icon on the main screen and turn off "Fill Percentile Areas."
