I’ve been having a lot of pelvic pain when walking and standing. Is this normal or is this something I need to call my doctor about. I’m 36 and 6 and I know he’s dropped already so it could possibly be just extra pressure, but it’s making it difficult to move around.

Hey, Don't worry about it; normal to have pain at 36 weeks. The baby is trying to change its position at that time. To strengthen your pelvic area, you can do several easy pelvic muscle stretching exercises(https://www.physiomobility.com/pelvic-floor-physiotherapy-toronto/). This will be very effective at the time of your birth. So no need to worry and take care of your baby and your health. Stay healthy!

Hey, Hope you are on your 42 weeks. What about your worries? This pelvic floor exercise is enough for this time. If you can take a morning walk and swimming is also the best option. Feel free to ask about any problems that are facing in these times. Take care!
