Scott - found your phone number in one of the earlier posts. I forwarded it by text to the guy that runs that part of the business and told him to have someone call you back. I also screen shot your posts and sent those to him to read as well. Soon as I hear back something I'll let you know.
Stay away from aeroflow if you can!! Can't get though by phone to a person by phone. They don't return voicemails. On average 5+ business days to return emails. The last THREE orders have taken so long to place/process, I've had to order a two week supply from amazon to hold me over until my supplies came in. Waiting for the day, I can find another supplier, but they're the only supplier I've found that takes my insurance.
I use Aeroflow Sleep for my supplies and insurance. They are so efficient and everything goes very smoothly. I gave up on Lincare long ago… they are the worst.
For insurance claims, I work with a local company that was bought a year or two ago by Aeroflow, so I figured it would be easy to go through them, since they already have my prescription (which is YEARS old, and a pain to get a copy of from the doctor). I had a bad experience with Lincare years ago, so don't particularly want to go that direction, and I've even started buying my stuff off the internet rather than through Aeroflow because it still works out cheaper than my copay. So I called Aeroflow, and the national resupply number said they don't carry the Dreamports, but the local office might. They forwarded me to the local, which said they used to carry them, but stopped because there was no demand. I'm trying to contact my insurance to see if it's something I can pay out of pocket and submit for reimbursement, but I'm not hopeful. Plus Amazon doesn't offer subscribe and save on this stuff (though a site called directhomemedical.com does).

I would encourage you to reach out to our preferred insurance provider below named AeroFlow and have them verify your insurance for you to see if they can supply DreamPort, as they have it in stock. AeroFlow is based out of Asheville, NC: Aeroflow’s Sleep Onboarding Team can be reached at 800-480-5491 ext 4022. Ask to speak to a customer service agent about having your insurance benefits verified for coverage. Most likely they can pick up service where Aerocare is dropping the ball.
