Can you please tell me how to turn on the multi-record update feature in Rational Web Client 8.0.1? I can see the tab for Multi-Record in “Site Administration” and “Preferences” tab with record size 100. However, when I right-click on a record (e.g. defect), I do not see the multi-record option. The video below states that multi-record is supported in Rational Web Client 8.0.1. http://www.allreadable.com/dfaeBwMU Is there anything I need to do to turn on this feature for the users and the administrator?

Hello @timetravelgoer, By default, the multi-record update is enabled on CQ-8.0.1, and you don't need do anything else to enable this feature for the users and the administrator. For performing the multi-record update, refer the below steps: > you will need to first create a query for a record type (for example: create a query that gives you the list of all defect records that are in open state. > Execute this query, it will give you the resultset > You can then perform the multi-record update on the records of this resultset. Please refer the below steps: a. Righ-click on any one of the records from the query resultset b. Select "Multi-Record Update" option. This will give you the pop up about the no. of records on the resultset page. Accept to continue if it looks fine c. Perform the desired action - Modify / Change State etc, and click on Save d. A pop up appears and mentions the total no. of records being updated, clock OK to continue e. It will then update all the records from the resultset with the change that you performed on the selected record Hope this helps. Kind Regards, Deepak
