Boyd says beyond that, centers should include retail and other opportunities Too. Ginther says example exists in Marion-Franklin community center - job training, education, child care, etc. Ragland says great idea. Don't need to recreate the wheel. Utilize rec centers and schools.

Question about increase in code enforcement, and support for seniors who can't afford property improvements. What will be done?

Boyd says we don't need to change code, just enforce. Ginther says added second shift code enforcement to address. Expand assistance programs and help spread awareness. Ragland says take a new look at few structure, and educate people on existing programs.

Question - Should land bank properties be fast track the process for black people to acquire properties to create jobs.

Boyd says look at procedures to cut down on time wasting aspects. Ginther - look at any way to make better use of land bank properties, not just black people, but everyone across the board. Ragland - talk to faith leaders to work with folks within the community.
