Creative Director - Mattel - El Segundo, CA

The purpose of this position is to lead the development of marketing communications, primarily targeting kids and moms, which includes creating, developing and executing holistic ideas across touchpoints from retail to digital video content to advertising. This position reports into the VP of Packaging and Marcom that oversees strategy, creative and operations of this team; this role is to drive stronger integration of holistic ideas and help to build out the team with cross channel expertise and talent. There is a particular emphasis on kid-targeted communications, so experience in creating kid content and advertising is required. KEY RESULTS AREAS: In this role, you’ll provide oversight and guidance in brand creative development in key areas, including but not limited to: Fully integrated (360) marketing campaigns, from concept to completion, targeting multiple audiences (moms, kids and fans/collectors) Brand identity development and execution by leading amplification across all channels and markets Kid-targeted brand and product content development and production Di gital development by guiding and collaborating with external partners in website design, e-commerce and online marketing Gaming development by guiding and collaborating with external partners in both owned and licensed gaming experiences Retail core merchandising development and design from concept to global toolkit asset development Tradeshow and gallery development and design, collaborating with internal production resources Photo and illustration art direction, including guiding internal production resources GET DETAILS AND APPLY AT:
