Continuous tracking?

My Cycle used to only continuously track between sessions or days (I can't remember) but not it has been continuously tracking for hours days after day. When or how can you have it reset?

It appears to have fixed itself. Will contact if I continue to have issues. The app was on the correct version when the issue happened.
