Harmonic Drives and Steppers

I have reviewed the assembly manual and GITHUB but I cannot find where the specs are on the Harmonic Drives as well as the Steppers so I can purchase them. I would like to begin the scavenging hunt for all necessary hardware, I plan to use exotic materials to make Dexter as rigid as possible. Will also begin importing the STL's into Fusion 360 so I can create toolpaths to machine parts out of 6061 Aluminum and 3D Printing the parts with Nylon/Carbon Fiber while I save up for the Board Package. I wish HADDINGTON DYNAMICS would partner up with Affirm on payments.

I'm not with HDR, officially, but the steppers are standard NEMA 17s. Specifically Wantai 43BYGHM809. The Harmonic Drives are very (VERY) difficult to find. Honestly, you would be best off purchasing them from HDR assuming they have them in stock. Sadly, they don't seem to list them as a separate part in the store.

Thank you very much James for your reply on my post. Zalo also mentioned that it is a NEMA 17 Chassis. So it appears I am going to have to physically visit automation vendors near Anaheim CA to source the Harmonic Drives. I will post what I find here. I was really hoping and waited for a reply from HDR themselves but hey I am going to take "very difficult" vs impossible any day. Again, thank you James and Zalo. I really appreciate it. But if anyone is interested Zalo referred me to (see below) for the carbon fiber strips. https://dragonplate.com/ecart/categories.asp?cID=20

Hi Michael and thank you james. We use the NEMA 17 from Wantai but have moved to Moon Technologies. I will post the spec sheet in the open source page. We have extended the shafts. Also make sure you look at the torque. We have 68oz/in. The original ones came from spark fund. The problem with Wantai is shipping cost the same amount as the motors. Regarding Harmonic Drives we found http://www.hanzh.com/ we use the number 14 component set. This is not listed in their site but they respond quickly. The problem here is that the lead time is 9-12 weeks. We do not sell them directly. The gear ratio is 52:1.
