Tech support....anyone home?
Techsupport has weekend too... I also have a Tab S2, but with a P3S. I always fire up DJI GO first, to make sure that it will connect properly. After that I'll use Drone Harmony and close DJI GO.
Hi flihtline! Some Samsung tablets are sometimes problematic, as many users seem to have this issue. One thing that might work is following the instructions for "USB Connection Issue For Some Samsung Tablets" in our FAQ: http://droneharmony.com/faq.html In some cases what jeroen13 wrote will work as well (thanks by the way!)
