I've nearly made it through day 5. Day 3/4 were reasonably simple. I wasn't hungry - and didn't seem to crave food and seem to have gotten used to being more conscious of my time versus looking to the next time that I could eat. This has been an amazing awareness builder of making sure I am more aware of my thoughts and what I am doing, thinking, needing, or not needing at a given time. All in all, a great lesson in being more intentional and slowing down versus running a mile a minute... and being exactly in the moment. Nose breathing helps immensely; breathing in and out through my nose.
Today, nearing the end of day 5 I am starting to feel hunger so I've increased the lemonade to 2L per day and started drinking herbal tea.
I didn't do the Salt water flush this morning as I was running late and needed to get out of the house- but will do it this evening... not sure there is anything left inside me - but there's certainly no harm in another flush.
As of this morning, I've lost 3 inches off my waist and hips. My skin is looking more clear and eczema has almost totally c leared up. I'm looking forward to do the Weight Loss meditation again this evening as I think I'm needing some help visualizing myself in optimal health and seeing myself being able to complete the 10 days.
Although half way to 10 days, it seems a long way away - so, one day at a time.
