Issues with sleep in moderately demented female

Sleep is always a challenge in dementia, often for people in their 50s as well. Always keep active during the day, walking and exercise lead to better sleep. Avoid caffeine and alcohol. Avoid sleeping pills, like Ambien, Ativan and Xanax ( see Medications under Resources) or Tylenol PM.
