Some divorced mothers want to keep the father of her children away from the kids for their own protection. Certainly there are some men who should not be near children. However, most men can be trusted not to intentionally hurt his own child. So, assuming the father is a reasonably good man and is not legally prohibited from visitation, what are some ways mothers can encourage and facilitate the father's visitation with their children?

Have you seen the movie Ant-Man? In it, a divorced mom tells the dad he cannot see his daughter unless he gets an apartment, a job, and pays child support. She could have approached the situation in a manner that would have been better for all involved. I wrote an article on the subject for The Good Men Project. You can read it here: http://goodmenproject.com/families/marvels-fantastic-ant-man-plot-based-on-realistic-absent-father-dynamics-kcon/
