I have a problem on receiving analogue data from distance measuring sensor (HC-SR04). I am usin the latest firefly and Arduino software. The sensor is connected to an arduino mega and by using Firefly_firmata file, I get a real-time connection between grasshopper and arduino sensors. However, using the above sensor, Firefly cannot give me analogue continuus valus. Let me note here that the sensor has 4-pins (VCC, GND, TRIG, ECHO). I am connecting VCC with 5V GND with Ground and Echo to ANALOGUE in PINA01 and Trigger to Digital out DPIN50. In the firefly environment I am using both Mega Read and Generic Serial Read and still I cannot get a changing value (connected to timer component). I only get a constant number 2023. It seems that firefly cannot get updated values. Can anyone advice me if I am doing something wrong here or if there is a problem with firefly firmata? Thank you very much guys
