Just to be sure that we are into the positive coordinates I would click a little bit below the green representation of the GERBER file. Just where I put the yellow X.
I changed the sign of the coordinates after I pasted them in the Offset - Vector field and now it looks like this. (//muut.com/u/flatcam/s2/:flatcam:DxiA:2.jpg.jpg)
You just need to left click to get the coordinates. You will see nothing but the coordinates will get captured in the clipboard.

Yes. There is no reason not to. Of course you can change the origin point directly in Proteus so you will not need to make the offset in FlatCAM.
Well this was my First time using FlatCAM so that is why i did not know lots of functions of this program
No problem, you'll get a taste for it. It's not like your regular software program and it is doing it's job a little differently but it is a great software and JP has done something great here.
In any case, make sure that after you route your PCB in Proteus, you select everything and then move it to the right and upper side of the blue point that you'll see in the center of the Proteus canvas. Then you generate the Gerber files.

Is there a link for the "added some spaces between X value and Y" that works
Well, you can open the GCODE file into the NOTEPAD++ (just an example) and then search for Y and replace it with "space Y". I wrote "space" because you could have not seen the actual space.
It's done automatically for the entire document so you won't have to do it for each line :)
