Hello FlatCam 8.994 BETA (2001/11/8) 64 bits Windows10 When I select Excellon object, the Milling tool button is not validated. As I don't have all the drill bit values, I would like to use a 2 mm milling tool to drill holes with a diameter greater than 2.5 mm. I have tried to define this milling tool in the database but I do not know how to enter it in the tool table. Thank you for your help. Greetings

Hi, In beta 8.994 I did not finished that section but you can get what you want in a different way. Go in the Properties tab for the Excellon object. Click on the Utilities button, select a drill hole in the Tool Table, edit the milling diameter and create a milling Geometry. From here follow the normal steps to get the Gcode.

This works well with a simple design. When I use a project where all the operations: isolation, hole drilling, cutting are completed with the generation of their cnc programs, trying to build the hole milling objects by pressing the "Mill Drills" button causes the program to close on each attempt. I have redone a minimal project to do the milling holes and it works

Trying to get this to work, but FlatCAM just crashes after I click the mill drils button. I'm using Beta 8.994 Windows x32. Is there any way to mill holes without creating a CNC dril job for every sized hold, some of which I don't have the requited drill sizes for?
