Streamlined Multiple Choice on pdf

I would like to use the insert question tool and add multiple choice questions into a pdf that don't require me to type in the answers. They are already on the pdf. Could there be a highlight tool or box drawing tool that would connect possible answers to the question? then kids would click onto the answers right in the pdf. Hey Matthew, from a software standpoint, that might make it difficult to still be able to auto-grade multiple choice along with other things, but we can definitely consider it as I can see it being a great timesaver for you!

Hi Matthew. I often use multiple choice pdf documents for Formative assessments. I don't put the options in the question, because they are already on the page. Because the letter options on Formative match the letter options on my pdf, I don't feel the need to retype them. My students do not have problems with this method of selecting their answers.

Thanks for the workaround Shira! That got me thinking that you can actually just add a short answer question for each multiple choice question and just have students enter the letter/option as their answer. You could add the correct letter/option to the answer key to enable auto-grading.
