disabled form elements

It would be nice to be able to add a "disabled" class to forms element to get them disabled (user can not longer edit or select the element and it is greyed out). This is implemented in bootstrap and many other frameworks, too.

Never mind. This is easy to implement with JQuery through .attr( "disabled", true );

How do disabled buttons look like in IOS 7 ? Are they simply greyed out ? what about their border colors ? Maybe it is useful to add a "disabled" class for disabling form elements and buttons in particular.

Will look into it. By the way, to disable input you shouldn't do it using .attr( “disabled”, true ), it should be .prop( “disabled”, true )
