That they do, holymh! Australian caviar "finger" limes are unique in the fact that their inner structure makes them freezable. Their outer skin may become pitted in apperance and the inner vesicle “caviar” will become slightly softer, but otherwise they should be pretty much the same as when you initially froze them.
