If you are looking to build muscle mass and need an intense workout plan then I would recommend trying this out. It is called German Volume Training or GVT. It is all about volume and the amount of reps you do. If you need a challenge, give it a shot.
I personally am doing this same plan now and can promise that you won't leave the gym without being drenched in sweat.
