In all seriousness the best pregame meal needs to be eaten at least 3 hours before your competition, something high in carbs, protein, and some fats these all will provide your body with the nutrients and energy you need to perform at the highest level.. Try something like some pasta with red sauce, with some of chicken and some grated cheese.
We will write an article later in the week covering this more in depth.. Now to the fun!!
In this thread we are going to have some fun and talk about some of our favorite meals to eat before a game, maybe some reasons you eat them, and even what some of the best ones are.
I will start us off here.. Barbecue is my absolute favorite pregame meal, maybe not the healthiest but there was always a superstition for myself in eating the same meal each week because for me we always won when I did eat it..

My favorite thing to eat before games with some of the other guys on the team is In n out.. We get it for lunch the day of games
