Workout of The Day Monday May 30

This Summer I will be posting a daily workout for the Fullride Nation. These workouts are designed to help gain muscle strength, size, and explosiveness. They are 4 day split routines so you will have 2 upper body days, 2 lower body days, and 3 extra days. Day 1 Bench 5 sets of 10 - first set warm up and stretch. Bent Over Straight Bar Rows 4 sets of 10 Incline DB Bench 5 sets of 10 - use first set as stretch warm up Seated Lat Pull Down 4 sets of 10 Straight Bar Back Shoulder Press 4 sets of 10 Rope Lat Pulls 5 sets of 10 Dumbbell Arnold Press 4 sets of 10 EZ/French Bar Curls (Eccentric Holds) Slowly lower bar for 5 seconds then lift. Do 5 this way and then 5 regular. 4 sets of 10 Dumb Bell Curls - Burnout
