Having a hard time figuring out how to get the Expense fields to export - Read the manual, and I know that the view/fields I am seeing in the List must be the ones I want to export - but not sure how to get the expense fields to appear ? I am on Windows 10 with Gyst Basic.

Hi Carol, I will get back to you shortly. Have to refresh my memory.

OK, when you choose export from the File Menu, a dialog box comes up. Whatever is filled in in the right hand side is what will export. You can clear that and only add what you want to export, or use them all. There are two fields that export, one is the description of the expense, and the other is the total for that artwork.
