My artwork is on Gallery website, but they don't represent me anymore

I need guidance. A gallery "closed" over 12 mos ago and decided to represent only one artist. The gallery owner returned all of the artists' work to us in the first 2 mos of the year. The gallery is not changing its name, is well known and has had a presence on the internet since the beginning of time. The artwork by all of the artists is still posted on the website. Since they don't rep me anymore, should I have my work removed? The gallery will probably want the regular commission if someone sees a piece and buys it from me. Should I leave my work on the site for publicity purposes? It doesn't cost me anything. Thanks!

Yes, you should have them remove it. You can send them a nice letter asking them to remove your work by a certain date. If they don't do it, then find a Lawyers for the Arts (in most states) and ask them to draft a letter from them asking them to comply.
