Mention of body parts getting bugged out like this has been mentioned before, Apparently the programing that controls collision details like this causes lag the higher it's quality setting is so currently it's on a low setting to reduce lag which having it so low is causing this bug when characters hit walls and the ground.
There's basically some settings that determine how much force it takes to dismount the characters. I'm going to increase this a little, but overall I want the bike characters to be easier to kill than other ones. It makes it more dynamic and will also keep him from just rolling over too much unrealistically or not falling off on a hard impact.
