I'm curious to see how I do on this. My PR was achieved last week when I happened to log in right when a pro group ride was starting. I missed the start and rode hard with a bunch of people to catch up. I was super motivated to catch the group, but never did. I'll need to rediscover that hunger.
My PR at the moment was from doing an ftp test. I think I need to try and pick a wattage.
So... is everyone doing this on the zwift tt bike? Apparently the differences are: - You can't draft - You can't use powerups - You have lower CdA (its 40s/lap faster on richmond and 23s/lap faster on watopia at a constant 300W)
I used the TT bike. I prefer to use it on Zwift as you get all power ups as XP boosts to help with leveling.
George said he used the tt bike too. I didn't realize that you got more xp. I did the sprints on the regular bike. Apparently wheel choice makes a difference too. http://zwiftblog.com/test-lap-data/ has the data.
I did the sprint on a regular bike too FWIW. I unlocked a new Areo bike at level 13 and was trying it out. Didn't bother changing. Didn't think it would matter. Got level 14 on my ocean TT attempt!
I guess there are easier ways to cheat. Yes zwift, I lost 50lbs this weekend, honest.
