Any idea is the ability to e-mail an PDF as part of the PDF document integration service within the next release? If so, any idea when HCL will be releasing this? In the meantime is there any viable workaround to be able to have automation with a filled out PDF? In my case, we're using the PDF to get data to a 3rd party to complete and return. Upon return we are uing URL strings to populate form with the returned data.

Hi - 9.1 is available now. Expect to see a what's new demo and blog post soon. The ability to email a pdf is not in it. Related to PDF handling we did add: o Save filled PDF’s to disk location o Map Leap tables to PDF “tables” o Option to flatten filled PDF Is it possible to set up a stage on the app to present the PDF to the 3rd party for download and then have them fill out, attach and submit? A notification could link to the form in this stage. Or send them a notification with a link to the PDF and a second link to a form for submitting once filled out?

Thanks. Our issue is that the person(s) filling out the PDF will not have network access. The option to save to a local drive spurs an idea though. I think I could try to save to a local drive that is synced to SharePoint, and /or map SharePoint as a local drive, then create a trigger on SharePoint to send the PDF out. Issue for us though is that the recipient changes and is lsited in the PDF. The options you highlighted above are exciting. I appreicate the continued support that I have seen with the product being part of HCL.
