Hi Aurora, I do this sometimes too. Hi saynow, I find they do more in the way of nuisance nowadays rather than malicious. Do what you would like to do and allow them to turn benevolent, hopefully. Aurora, the thing about thoughts is that we have them and sometimes some of them are not fully understandable. It's ok. We all have a moral compass and a moral centre of some sort to come back to which means that we don't have to ensure we know everything and understand everything about our thoughts. Aurora, and saynow,, Happy New Year to you guys. Keep well.

Why do I smoke cigarettes when I know it hurts me? Why do I have nightmares when I find them uncomfortable? Why does my brain sing song lyrics over and over again when I just want to focus on what I'm doing? Why don't I sit by my computer and work at my gaming making and not get distracted 10 minutes into it? Why do I buy lots of products off the internet, then never use them? Why do I feel alone when I'm surrounded my people in my town every day?
