The notes say that there was a “recollection” that LCBC was a conditioned based proposal. It, in fact, was. Even so, it estimated the acres of non-commercial treatments (18,000 acres) and broke the treatments down into plantation thinning, ladder fuels thinning and included detailed descriptions of each. It also estimated that 45,000 acres would be treated with prescribed fire.

Also worth noting is a 10/21/21 Cold July project update presentation to the PFC that included estimates of non-commercial treatments (25,692) and prescribed fire (28,411). The PFC Project Dashboard retained those figures as estimates even though the draft decision does not include them.
