weird behaviour

When recording or generating signals, my signals look weird. I don't know how to describe it, so I made some screenshots. The signal to be generated looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/O0GF9E2.png Channels 1 and 2 from the SQ200 go to a saleae and then look like this: https://i.imgur.com/ECfh6f3.png https://i.imgur.com/4rm9bFT.png Signals recorded with the SQ200 look corrupted in the same way. Here is my device information: https://i.imgur.com/oNBxmkM.png If I restart the SQ200 and the software several times, it will eventually work. But only once. If I play back signals via channels 1 and 2 and record via channels 3 and 4, I have the same problem on channels 1 and 2. Even though they are configured as outputs. The channels are not connected. https://i.imgur.com/xD6oliC.png Does anyone have an idea?

Sometimes the SQ200 changes its behavior during recording/playback. https://i.imgur.com/0Va6qT2.png Left half with errors, right half okay. This signal was generated by the Raspberry Pi. The communication RPi and Slave works. The signal looks absolutely clean with the saleae.

Hi, Could you please try with V5.0 beta that can be found on ScanaStudio downlode page? If you still have th problem, could you please send us a *.scana file of the pattern to be generated so that we can reproduce the problem on our end? What is the sampling rate you're using? are you sure it's high enough? Thank you

I've also tried the V5. Same problem. I also tried an old version. No improvement. I've tried all sample rates. Here I generated a 15 Hz signal with SacaStudio and measured it with Saleae: https://i.imgur.com/vxzJAVY.png

I think the SQ200 is defective. The device is new. Can you possibly provide me with new firmware? Then I can try an update.
