SP 209i - Stuck at 90% whilst creating workspace

Installed the ScanaStudio 3.1.0 - beta E and connected the SP 209i industrial, and whilst creating the workspace the software just sits at 90% and the 209i status light is orange. Any ideas? I have tried reinstalling the drivers and software a number of times

Hello choggard, Thank you for contacting us. This means your USB port is not delivering enough power. Please try another USB port (try to avoid ports that go through hubs), or on the contrary, use powered HUBs. You may also want to try another USB cable if you have one. Please let us know how it goes.

Had to give up on it for a while, just managed to come back to it now. Updated to 3.1.0, still experiencing the same issues on a number of different USB ports on the Laptop, and a couple of different cables. Any other ideas? could it be a faulty device?

Since you purchassed your SP209 quite early, it could indeed be part of the very first batch. We have later fixed an issue related to power-up sequence. If you could send me your billing/shipping address to contact@ikalogic.com, i'll arrange for a new device to be sent to you. Thank you!
