During workspace creation, the software is stuck at 90%.
I saw another thread about this problem, and try some fixes (change usb port, usb hub with external power supply,...), but we still have the problem.
We've just bought our device, and I hope we do not receive one of the first batch !
Is there a fix, or a hint for this problem .?

My device SN is 100421100204, is it an old device ?

Hi, can you confirm the problem was solved by connecting to another computer and running a firmware update?

This is happening to me as well, SN 100421100178. What was the fix ?
