Hello, often when I try to make a capture in ScanaStudio the capture will stop before the specified period of time. For example, see the uploaded file. I've specified the capture to be 5 sec long but I have less than 2 sec of data. When this happens, the software usually stops drawing the traces and begins "loading" the device again, showing 10 %, 40 % ... until it's done. However, when it's ready again, only the incomplete traces are shown, and not for the requested capture time. I've reinstalled ScanaStudio 4.0.17 on my laptop running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
