ScanaStudio 4.0.19, No device connected on Ubuntu 20.04.3

Hi, ScanaStudio doesn't see a connected SQ200. lsusb gives the following: Bus 001 Device 005: ID 0403:6015 Future Technology Devices International, Ltd Bridge(I2C/SPI/UART/FIFO). What could be going wrong? Thank you

A possible workaround is to modify the udev rule coming with scanastudio: ATTRS{idVendor}=="0403", ATTRS{idProduct}=="6015", MODE="0666", ATTRS{serial}=="1003200006918", RUN+="/bin/sh -c 'rmmod ftdi_sio'" If there are other ftdi devices working in virtual com port mode, they have to be reconnected, so the linux could load again ftdi_sio driver.

Hi, There is already a solution for this, you need to go into ScanaStudio settings menu (top right) and click "device compatibility wizard".
