It was in Knoxville where we spied the large, deluxe motorhomes parked on the roof of the multi-story parking garage between the Hilton Double Tree and the Knoxville Civic Auditorium. These expanding-sided, mansions-on-wheels each had UT-Knoxville Orange outdoor carpeting near their front doors for outdoor dining and/or night-time football fan conversing. Seeing these fanatic football fans staking out their spot for exclusive "tail-gate" space several weeks ahead of scheduled in-town games really brought into focus the saying; "There are four seasons in the South; Winter, Spring, Summer, and Football". This will also be the venue (Knoxville Civic Aud.) where I felt "officially welcomed" to the South when two different (female) Auditorium workers ended their conversation with me by saying; "Hon" and "Sugarpie". Admittingly, during the week of travel I really wish I could have heard; "Well, butter my butt and call me a biscuit" and/or "Mind your own biscuits and Life will be gravy".
