Stress reactions?

Wondering if anyone has any experience dealing with stress reactions. I've had this really weird pain in my fibula the past 10 days or so after having only run maybe 3 miles in March total. Not entirely sure how this may have happened but wondering if maybe it could be a stress reaction. Wondering what the proper protocol here is besides rest.

We talked about this exact topic with matt bach on the last webinar: https://lifepostcollective.com/webinar-4-guest-matt-bach-on-health-and-t-levels-for-exercising-men/ In this case, it's imperative that you get a proper diagnose and not guess/assume. Also, knowing your health and having seen your blood and hormone tests, I highly doubt a stress reaction is your problem.... but nevertheless if you're unsure, please make an appointment to get it looked at properly.

I actually think it's just tendinitis of the peroneal. Dr. Google is the best, isn't he?

So my X-ray showed...nothing. Which isn't surprising. Gonna try and see a sports doc at UCLA's sports med dept and see if I can at least figure out what this is. The prescription either way seems like it will be REST, but I'd at least like to know what I'm resting in the meanwhile.
