Ok... I think I am sucked in. I am definitely taking this article to my hubs tonight. I want to start a garden (veggies and greens!) and I think this will help!
Please don't laugh at my rookie composting questions: 1) is the carbon-to-nitrogen ratio rule-of-thumb based on weight or volume (I'm an accountant after all :)) 2) from the list of carbon and nitrogen items, most of my carbon is going to come from cardboard. Would I just cut up my Amazon/Thrive Market boxes into small-ish chunks and throw it in with all the vegetable scraps?
So... I feel the need to comment again just because I am ALSO an accountant! (so is my hubs!) so i am definitely interested in the same kind of stuff!
