Ok...I don't mean to split hairs here but I've been wondering how I should think about carbs from fiber. I've been starting to think that I was inadvertently going too low-carb at certain points during peak training by overestimating the amount of carbs I was getting from non-starchy vegetables. Since fiber is basically indigestible I assume there is small (if any) energy benefit. I saw a post by Mark Sisson where where he basically says to think about non-starchy vegetables as "free" because the amount of carbs are negligible. I definitely don't intend to micromanage and count my macros but was just curious to others' thoughts.
