Favorite carbs?

So I've been trying to eat more carbs as in the past I (with TPG's guidance) found that I often go away too low. Sweet potatoes are not currently something that I respond well to, so I have been eating bulletproof rice and excellent sourdough bread. Other suggestions? Carrots perhaps?

My go-to carb sources are squash, quinoa, bananas, honey, apples, and berries. This LPC article is a good reference as well

Awesome. Yeah, I feel like it's just way too easy to go too low, so I'm trying to just make sure I get the carbs in there.
