Under the Weather - Comfort Food

Hey everyone! I've got a few people in my family that've been feeling under the weather lately and as I was sharing my own recipes for nutritious comfort, I was wondering what everyone else's go-tos are when they have a down-and-out day of rest and recovery. I enjoy hearty homemade soups and a few tonics (ginger, turmeric, and serval other anti-inflammatories) to re-hydrate, pack some nutrition, and bounce back as soon as possible. Definitely don't mind making them versus sitting on the couch on these down days, haha
