Don't give up! Had the same symptoms for 7 yrs. (including walking & talking problems) was on 2 oral antibiotics, insurance would not cover IV. Found a LLMD that prescribed Beyond Balance, BodyBio protocol & vitamins with NO antibiotics after 2 wks my CTS, brain fog & migraines disappeared. After, that we decided to go to Neuro Optometrist for prism glasses LLMD suggested and fatigue decreased dramatically. We then went with the Advanced PK IV treatments and after 24 weeks of treatment life is normal again. All not covered by Insurance by design. Tick bite w/rash in the '60s and always told LD not in my state by doctors. https://www.lymedisease.org/lyme-patients-sue-idsa-insurers/

There are a growing number of therapies being introduced. The research has not caught up to allow me to judge each therapy. There are also tick borne pathogens including Babesia that might explain persistent illness. Finally, it is important to tule out other causes.
